About the Role:
Aurora Delivery Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated Pickup and Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Crystal City, CA! This is a great opportunity to hit the road, stay active, and be the face of a company that keeps customers smiling every day.
Responsibilities:
- Safely pick up and deliver packages, goods, or freight to residential and commercial locations
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time service
- Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring items are handled properly
- Obtain signatures and confirm deliveries using handheld devices or delivery logs
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or delays
- Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
